1. Do all color services include a shampoo/blowout?

Yes, all color services include a shampoo and blowout.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

Salon services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Cancellations without 24-hour notice and appointment no-shows will be charged 100% of the deposit put down of the cancelled service.

3. how long are gift cards & certificates valid for?

Gift cards & certificates are valid for one year from date of issuance or purchase.

4. how does he tipping process work what is normal?

Our prices do not include gratuities for stylists. Tipping is optional, but if the service meets or exceeds your expectations it is appreciated. The industry average is typically 20% of your total service fee.
